Geology & Mineralization
The South Pass-Atlantic City Gold Mining District, home of Fermi’s South Pass project, is geologically similar to the high-grade gold bearing Abitibi Greenstone Belt located in Canada which has produced over 200 million ounces of gold since 1901.
Some geological research indicates that the Abitibi Greenstone Belt and the Wyoming province were connected before tectonic activity caused the Wyoming craton to rift, rotate, and move to is present-day location.
Property
Fermi Critical Minerals Corp. maintains the following property that makes up the South Pass project:
- Federal Mining Claims (112)
- The patented Diana Lode Mine
- The historic Mary Ellen Mill
